I have been using Dwan Elevator to service my home elevator sine 2016 when I purchased my home. Bill has been my point of contact and he has been very responsive available and professional. The elevator equipment was about 30 years old and warranted an update. I just now completed the renovation and modernization of all the Inclinator equipment. The work as done by Ian and Shaun. They completed the job exactly when promised and did a fantastic job retrofitting the elevator, not only mechanically, but aesthetically as well. Ian and Shaun are first rate technicians and I wholeheartedly give Dwan Elevator my recommendation.
